With the intention of incorporating a more human-centred approach, Raëma found a different way of organizing our work. We implemented a self-management tool called Holacracy in October 2016 that put us on a journey of individual and organizational development and purpose discovery. We all live our purpose through NRG Flow and feel most fulfilled while doing that and creating best value for our customers, suppliers and partners. The love for what we do is found back in every action in our organization. Challenges also occur but we know how to balance these feelings by embracing each other's journeys and personal development.
